Where we ship and what it costs
We currently ship TEGMEN™ to customers in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, we aren’t able to deliver there yet — but more regions are on the way. Join the TEGMEN™ circle at the bottom of any page to be the first to know when we open yours.
- Standard shipping: $1.99 USD flat, per order.
- Free shipping: on every order over $50 USD — automatically applied at checkout.
- Currency: prices show in USD on our site; your bank handles the conversion at checkout for non-USD markets.
How long your order takes to arrive
We process every order within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. As soon as your sleeve leaves our fulfillment partner, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number you can follow door to door.
Standard transit time is 7 to 12 business days after processing. Delivery windows can stretch slightly during holidays and major shopping events — we’ll always flag it on the cart if a delay is likely.
If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 10 business days, email us at support@tegmencare.com with your order number. We look into every lost-package note personally, and we’ll either reship or refund — whichever you prefer.

Try TEGMEN™ for 45 days. Wear it on your morning walks, slip it on for the garden, take it on a weekend trip. If it doesn’t feel like the second skin we promised, send it back for a full refund — no questions, no restocking fee.
- Return window: 45 days from the day your order arrives.
- Condition: we accept worn and washed sleeves — we’d rather you actually try it than guess from the package.
- Restocking fee: none, ever.
- Return shipping: covered by the customer for change-of-mind returns; covered by us if the sleeve arrived damaged or with a defect.
How to start a return or exchange
Returns are simple, and a real person on our small team handles every one. No portal logins, no return-merchandise forms.
- Step 1 — Email us at support@tegmencare.com with your order number and a quick note about what’s not working: wrong size, wrong color, or just not the right fit.
- Step 2 — We reply within one business day with a return address and clear ship-back instructions.
- Step 3 — Drop your sleeve in the mail with any tracked carrier. We recommend keeping the receipt until your refund clears.
- Step 4 — We refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of receiving your package — usually sooner.
Need a different size instead of a refund? Just say so in your email and we’ll arrange a one-for-one exchange at no extra charge once we’ve received your original sleeve.
