Our Promise to You
At Tegmen™, every sleeve is designed to help you keep moving comfortably. We stand behind our craftsmanship and want you to feel confident in every step. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it work — gently and fairly.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms below.
45-Day Comfort Promise
We offer a 45-Day Comfort Promise from the date your order is delivered. If your sleeve doesn't feel like the right fit, simply reach out to our Care Team and we'll help you find a better-fitting size — no return required for size exchanges.
To request a size exchange, please email us within 45 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Your current size
- The size you'd like to receive
We'll send a free replacement in the new size. This promise applies to one size exchange per order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your sleeve arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact our Care Team within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
To help us resolve this quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Clear, well-lit photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
- Photos of the original packaging, if relevant
In most cases, we'll arrange a free replacement without requiring a return. Claims submitted after the 7-day window may not be eligible for replacement, as we are unable to verify whether the issue occurred during normal use.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns under the following conditions. All conditions must be met for a return to be approved:
- The return request must be submitted within 45 days of delivery via email to our Care Team
- The item must be returned only to the address provided in our written return authorization email — returns sent to any other address (including the address on the original shipping label) cannot be accepted or refunded
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels
- Items may be tried on briefly for fit, but must be unwashed, unworn beyond a brief fit-check, in their original packaging, and include all original components and inserts
- Items showing signs of regular wear, washing, stretching, alteration, pet hair, perfume or fragrance, smoke exposure, or intentional damage are not eligible
- A valid tracking number or proof of shipment must be emailed to our Care Team before any refund can be processed
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. Original shipping costs, expedited shipping upgrades, and any handling fees are non-refundable.
Important: Returns sent without prior written authorization, or to any unauthorized address, cannot be accepted, refunded, or returned to sender.
Keep & Save — Optional Partial Refund
Because international return shipping can be costly and time-consuming for our customers, we're often happy to offer a partial refund so you can keep the item — no return required.
Keep & Save may be a great option if you'd prefer to:
- Skip the hassle and expense of return shipping
- Re-gift the sleeve to a friend or family member who could enjoy it
- Receive a faster resolution than the standard return timeline
When Keep & Save is available for your order, our Care Team will share the offer during the return process. You're always free to choose between a Keep & Save partial refund or proceeding with a full return for a refund.
Order Cancellation
We process and dispatch orders quickly — typically within 24 hours, Monday through Saturday. If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact our Care Team as soon as possible after placing it.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. At that point, you may request a return after delivery, in accordance with this policy.
Non-Received Items
If tracking shows your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.
Tegmen™ is not responsible for:
- Packages confirmed delivered to the address you provided at checkout
- Packages lost due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address details entered at checkout
- Packages stolen from the delivery location after carrier confirmation
- Packages held or returned by customs due to local import restrictions
In these cases, we'll share carrier and tracking information to help you file a claim directly with the shipping carrier or local authorities.
Non-Returnable Situations
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or intentionally damaged
- Items returned without prior written authorization from our Care Team
- Items returned to any address other than the one provided in our return authorization email
- Requests submitted outside the 45-day window
- Items missing original packaging, components, or inserts
- Final sale items, gift cards, promotional bundles, or items marked "non-returnable"
- Orders flagged for suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, or repeat return activity
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 5 business days for inspection. If the return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, please allow an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. International transactions and certain card issuers may take longer.
Please note: If a return is shipped but never received by our warehouse, or if no valid tracking number is provided, a refund cannot be processed.
