Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Time

Standard shipping typically takes 7–12 business days after dispatch, depending on your location within the United States. During peak seasons (holidays, Mother's Day, etc.), please allow extra time for delivery.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Tegmen™ is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days at support@tegmencare.com and we will make it right at no additional cost to you.
